Melissa is empathetic, energetic, and a little goofy, with a strong passion for supporting people to live their everyday lives and build meaningful connections. She enjoys building genuine relationships with participants and their families and values the opportunity to work alongside a diverse range of people. Melissa holds a Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Certificate IV in Disability, and Certificate IV in Youth Justice, with plans to complete a Diploma of Community Services in the future. Outside of work, Melissa is a mum to four children and trains and competes in StrongMan. A former gymnast and cheerleader for more than 10 years, Melissa can also lift an impressive three times her body weight!
