I would like to access more than one service?

Currently our Intake Form is for one service at a time. However if you would like to engage with more than one service, please phone us on 03 4222 7479 or make an appointment with our Intake Team.

Do you have multiple locations?

Yes. AYS currently have 3 office locations in:

• Geelong

• Colac

• Mildura

We can also offer remote support Nation wide.
