With a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability), she is passionate about helping participants overcome everyday challenges and bringing positivity to their lives. For Deb, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing laughter and smiles. Known by her family for her “cleaning obsession,” she is highly adaptable and always eager to learn new things.
