Deb is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in employment, disability, mental health and community services. Her work has involved assisting individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and supporting at-risk youths. In the past, Deb founded programs during her time living in the United Kingdom. She has also held management and leadership positions before joining AYS. In her spare time, Deb enjoys going to the gym, music, cooking, and spending time with her sons and Baz, their border collie.
