Jacob is passionate about the Employment Support Mentor role because of how rewarding the role is. The best thing about the role is being able to watch people grow and reach their full potential. Jacob loves animals, the beach and football. He is compassionate, friendly, easy-going and an animal lover. Jacob has travelled plenty in his time. He even lived in a small village in Malawi (a country in East Africa) a few years ago.
