Mercedes is a reliable, loyal and committed member of our team who values making a positive difference in people’s lives. She loves being part of an industry that focuses on inclusion, independence, dignity and knowing that the work she does behind the scenes helps support the wider team and contributes to better outcomes for the participants we support. Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys going to the gym, walking, boxing, riding her Harley and spending time with family and friends. She has travelled to France, Spain, Colombia, Bali and New Zealand, with plenty more travel to do. A fun fact about Mercedes is that she was a NABBA champion in 2011!
