Our staff were treated to a morning tea in recognition of R U OK? Day (Thursday 14 September) across the Geelong, Colac and Mildura offices.
This year’s theme was “I’m here to hear”, and we all enjoyed coming together to chat, debrief, unwind and enjoy a light refreshment with a yellow cupcake (or two).
A timely and inspirational Ted Lasso quote from our Director Ralph stole the show at the Malone St office… “Human beings are never gonna be perfect. The best we can do is to keep asking for help and accepting it when you can. And if you keep on doing that, you’ll always be moving towards better.”
We encourage all our participants, their families, friends and our own staff to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life.
